Ingredients

Dough:

750 kg thinly ground mince

1/2 Chopped Parsley

65 gr Onion cream Qualimax 

5 Tablespoons of olive oil

 

Filling:

120 gr Turkey breast

150 gr Mussarela cheese

Preparation mode

Dough:

Place the minced meat in a container, add the sachet of Qualimax Onion cream, the chopped parsley and the oil.

Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

 

Assembly:

On a surface open a piece of film paper, large enough to place the prepared meat dough.

Then, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin, preferably making it thin. Stuff with turkey breast and mozzarella.

Roll the meat dough with the help of the film, removing it at the end of the process.

Place on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a medium heat oven at 180º C for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and increase the oven temperature to 250ºC and bake until golden brown.

Cut and serve hot.
