1 can of condensed milk
395ml whole milk (same measurement as condensed milk)
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 12gr sachet colorless flavorless gelatin Qualimax
2 pots natural yogurt
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries
1 soup spoon lemon
Hydrate the contents of 1 sachet (12g) of flavorless gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water. Mix well and dissolve over low heat or bake for approximately 15 seconds.
Beat the condensed milk with the yogurt, milk, and gelatin in a blender. Pour it into a wet mold and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.
In a small saucepan, add the lemon juice, sugar, blackberry, and strawberry.
Bring to heat and let it boil for 5 min or until it is at a syrupy point. Remove from heat and after cooling, pour over the flan. If desired, replace the red fruit syrup with your own.
