Dough:
500 g wheat flour
300 g cold butter
20g Qualimax Onion cream
50ml water
150 g eggs
Sauce:
100g Qualimax Bechamel Sauce
500 ml milk
150 g eggs
30g Qualimax Onion cream
100g leek
200g sliced onion
Dough:
Place the flour on the table and make a hole in the center. Place the chilled butter in cubes, and the Qualimax Onion cream.
Mix with your fingertips forming a flour. Mix the egg and add the water little by little, always mixing with your fingertips until smooth.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.
Molho:
In a blender, beat Qualimax Bechamel Sauce with milk, eggs and Qualimax Onion cream. Set aside.
Sauté the leek and onion and add to the reserved sauce.
Assembly:
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and line the bottom and sides of a tray with a false bottom.
Place the set aside sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes or until it is roasted.
