Use the Seafood Seasoning and Broth to season fish, sauces and other culinary preparations based on fish or seafood. Use 14 g (1 ½ tablespoonful) of the Seafood Seasoning and Broth to season 1 kg of fish or seafood. If you prefer, dissolve 14 g of the Seafood Seasoning and Broth in 1 liter of boiling water.
