Season the meat in steak, cubes or in pieces with the Qualimax Meat Tenderizer with Seasoning. It can be used in the preparation of meats that will be frozen. For 500g steaks, let it rest for 15min, 1h30min for 500g diced meat, and for 3 to 4 hours for 500g of meat in pieces. Do not let it stand for more time than indicated, to avoid breaking the fibers. To facilitate the penetration of the product in large pieces, the meat can be pierced with a fork.
