PANKO FLOUR

The Qualimax Flank Panko has a flocked texture, making the breads more golden and with high crispness.

 

The flakes are more elongated, giving a crunchier surface than the other flours used in breadcrumbs, reducing the absorption of oils leaving the dishes drier and lighter for longer.

 

  • Crunchy for longer;
  • Provides crispness for fried and baked dishes;
  • Can be used with an alloying agent for dumplings and meatballs;
  • Breaded vegetables, meats, poultry and seafood;
  • Lighter recipe.

Ingredients

Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, salt, sugar and emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Preparation mode

Apply the product to the breadcrumbs after bathing the food in the binding agent (egg);

Season ingredients before dusting;
