600 ml water
200g Qualimax Mashed Potatoes
10g parsley
10g thyme
10g rosemary
5g sage
500g cod
50g grated cheese
40g butter
40g egg yolks
5g salt
100g wheat flour
10g Qualimax Baking Powder
1 lt oil for frying
Boil water and remove from heat.
Add the Qualimax Mashed Potatoes, mixing until smooth, let cool and add the parsley, fine herbs, cod, grated cheese, butter, egg yolks, salt and pepper.
Mix well, add the wheat flour and Qualimax Baking Powder, stirring until homogenized.
Shape the cod balls with the help of two spoons.
Fry the dumplings in very hot oil. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
