1L milk
90g Qualimax Bechamel Sauce
1,5kg chicken breast
20 g Qualimax Chicken broth
50 ml lemon
100 g butter
200 ml Olive Oil
100 g chopped onion
3g chopped garlic
5 g curry
Mix the Qualimax Bechamel Sauce and the milk, and prepare according to the instructions on the package. Set aside.
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with Qualimax Chicken Broth and lemon.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Place a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter and oil.
As soon as it is warm, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is transparent.
Throw in the chicken cubes and let them brown. Add the curry and mix well.
Add the set aside sauce and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
