150ml Passion Fruit pulp
60g refined sugar
In a saucepan, add the milk and Qualimax Tapioca Dessert and bring to the boil until the cream forms.
When boiling, stir well for 5 minutes.
Arrange the cream in individual molds. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

In a saucepan, add the pulp and sugar, and bring to the flame.
When starting to boil, stir well for 5 minutes.
Remove pudding from its mold, and cover with the syrup.
