510 g Qualimax Chocolate Mousse
1 L cold milk
510 g Qualimax Whipped Cream
1 L milk gelado
500 g cream cheese
100 ml water
20 g soluble coffee
400 g champagne biscuit
150 g Qualimax Chocolate Powder 50%
DIRECTIONS
Mousse:
Mix the Qualimax Chocolate Mousse and prepare according to the instructions on the package.
Set aside.
Cream:
Mix the Qualimax Whipped Cream and frozen milk and prepare according to the instructions on the package.
Add the Cream Cheese to the reserved whipped cream, mixing gently until smooth.
Set aside.
Heat the water and dissolve the instant coffee, add and mix well, moisten the cookies.
Assembly:
In individual bowls, place the set aside mousse, the cream with Qualimax Whipped Cream, the biscuits in pieces, the mousse, whipped cream and finish by sprinkling the Qualimax Chocolate Powder on the surface.
Refrigerate until firm.
